Private Lessons
Choose what works for you
We offer private lessons for both skiing and snowboarding for ages 3 to adult. Private lessons must be booked at least 48 hours in advance and be paid for at the time of booking. Semi – private lessons allow you to have a group of 2 to 6 students of your choosing! Book just one or a series for a weekly outing. Semi – private lessons are for ages 3 to adult for skiing or snowboarding! For a successful semi private lessons we recommend that everyone in the group is of similar age and ability.

Group Lessons
Looking for a way to try out skiing or snowboarding before committing to a private lesson or a program? Try one of our group lesson packages. We brought back group lessons from pre-covid and they are new and improved! These group lessons can be booked online up to 24 hours in advance. Students will be grouped by age and ability for a one hour group lesson. Group lessons are for ages 5 and up only. Group lessons run on weekends at 10:15 am and 1:15 pm. We recommend arriving at least 1 hour before the lesson time you booked. Please note these lessons MUST be booked in advance online.

Policies
Please read all of our terms and policies closely before booking your lesson.
You may reschedule your private lessons up to 48 hours before the time of the lesson. If you decide you no longer want to take the lesson after it is booked no refunds or credit will be given. Rescheduling or cancellation within the 48 hours leading up to your lesson will result in loss of lesson and no refund in any form will be given unless you qualify for our sick policy. Please email us at snowschool@skiward.com with the participants name in the subject line to reschedule or call 508 842 6346 extension 108 or extension 2. Rescheduling cannot be done via any other email or phone extension.
All private lessons must be booked at least 36 hours in advance. Lessons must be paid for at the time of booking. PLEASE try to book lessons online before calling as we are experiencing a high call volume and may not be able to get back to you in time.
If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms please notify us to cancel or reschedule your lesson. We will waive the cancellation policy if you provide a doctors note. After cancellation of a lesson due to illness or COVID-19 exposure you must provide a doctors note stating you are well enough to return to normal activities and have met state quarantine guidelines. Please email us to reschedule or provide doctors notes at snowschool@skiward.com with the name of the student as the subject line.
If you have booked a private lesson package you will get an additional 1.5 hours of free ski or ride after the lesson. This free ski/ride time is unsupervised and an instructor will not be present. You must discuss with the lesson participant your own rules for this time and arrange a meeting place at the end of this period. We do not recommend children under 8 years of age using the chairlift unsupervised.
