Refund Policy
Cancellations
Cancellations for all Ski Ward programs will be announced on the Ski Ward Snow Phone (508) 842-6346 and posted on our website ( www.skiward.com ) by 12 noon. Please use these resources only. Ski Ward cancellation policy states that a session will be rescheduled due to a school closing or extreme cold weather with high winds and temperatures below 5 degrees.
ONLY lessons cancelled by Ski Ward will be rescheduled.
- First Tracks and Small Tracks Lessons will NOT be held on Holidays and School Vacation Periods.
- There are NO refunds or retroactive credits on rental equipment.
- There are NO refunds or retroactive credits for participants who are absent or choose to withdraw from program.
Private Lesson Reservation and Refund Policy:
- Private lessons are paid upon reservation.
- Ski Ward will reschedule a reservation if necessary.
- In all cases where a refund is issued it will be in the form of a Ski Ward Gift Card; no cash, checks, or credit card refunds will be issued.
- 24 hour notice must be given if you are unable to make your lesson or you will be charged the full price of the lesson.
TubaSlide Refund Policy
- There will be no refunds based on weather or conditions. Refunds will only be issued if the TubaSlide is closed by Ski Ward Management.
- In all cases where a refund is issued it will be in the form of a Ski Ward Gift Card; no cash, checks, or credit card refunds will be issued.
- Ski Ward cancellation policy states that a session will be rescheduled by Ski Ward due to unfavorable conditions. All Tuba Slide Group Contacts will be notified by Ski Ward if Group needs to be rescheduled. ONLY sessions cancelled by Ski Ward can be refunded.
- Failure of your group to appear on the scheduled date/ time will result in loss of deposit/payment.
- Failure to cancel with Tubaslide Group Sales at least 36 hours prior to the event will result in loss of deposit/payment.
- If Ski Ward closes due to unsafe conditions every effort will be made to reschedule your event.
- If Ski Ward closes due to unsafe conditions and is unable to meet your rescheduling needs your deposit/payment will be returned.
