The LaCroix Cup was created as a tribute to the President of Ski Ward and his family for the countless hours that are put in to make Ski Ward an enjoyable place and a positive influence on the community. We thank them and everyone that makes Ski Ward the place Where it All Begins!!!!!!!

 

The LaCroix Cup is an open Race for all ages and abilities, Skiers or Snowboarders.

Come Race as a family or individual.

The family with the most points will get their name on the LaCroix and a Family Pass for the 2008-2009 Season!!!

 

This years LaCroix Cup will be dedicated to Edward Pickering. Ed passed away at the end of last season. He was a member of the Ski Ward Family for 17 years and will be greatly missed.

 

This years LaCroix Cup will have a Hawaiian Theme, so bring your Hawaiian Shirts and Grass Skirts for this day of fun.

 

Registration will begin at 9am and last till 11am. The race will being at 11am everyone gets to take one run on each course with your best run counting towards your score.

 

Cost for the Day:

Non Season Pass Holders $34

Season Pass Holders $5

Hawaiian luau catered by Sir Loins Catering of Grafton $10 dollars per plate

No beverage included we will sell a variety of beverages in luau tent

 You have the Choice of one main dish

Hawaiian style slow roasted  sweet pineapple and maraschino cherry chicken

or

Hawaiian style pulled pork

Sweet hawaiian style rice and cornbread will also be served as side dishes

If your child does not want a luau style dinner kids foods will be available in cafeteria all day as usual

Ticket good for one plate only

Food will be served buffet style in the luau tent located at the base of Mt. Kiliawaia to the east of the great lava flow

Food will be served in between 12 and 2 pm

 

 

The Awards and Raffle will be at the conclusion of the race, the LaCroix Cup is an all day event for people of all ages.
